Process – 1:
  1. Mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water
  2. Sip this liquid for several times a day to get instant relief from indigestion.
Process – 2:
  1. Take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of honey
  2. Mix it well in a cup of water
  3. Drink this solution for 2 – 3 times a day to get rid of the indigestion problem.

2. Remedies for Upset Stomach with Ginger:

Process - 1:
  1. Take 2 teaspoons of ginger juice, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of table salt or black salt.

  2. Add 1 1/2 cup of baby carrots, 4 teaspoons of minced fresh ginger cooked it by covering it over medium low heat for about 25 minutes.
