- Insert this into your baby nostril and gently release the bulb so that it will squeeze the mucus
- Take a tissue and remove the mucus into it to clean the bulb syringe.
- Repeat the same process to the other nostrils until the mucus is cleared and your baby has comfortable breathing.
- Or you can simply take a tissue and roll it into a small cone and swab it around their nostrils but remember that not to use the cotton swab into your baby nose or ear.
